Silver Star Plumbing is owner-operated. Sergio answers the phone, quotes the job, and does the work. There's no dispatch layer between you and the person holding the wrench — which is why the answers you get are straight ones.
How we work
Diagnose first, sell never
A lot of plumbing calls turn into a sales pitch. Ours don't. We find what actually failed, tell you what it takes to fix it, and give you the options — including the cheap one, when the cheap one is the right one.
If a repair will hold, we say so. If a repair is throwing money at something that's going to fail again in six months, we say that too.
